Data Mining and Value-Added Analysis

By Mccue, Colleen

Description
Government Reference Publication

Excerpt
Excerpt: An early study on interviewing found that the single most important determinant of whether a criminal case would be resolved satisfactorily was the information gained from the interview of a witness, victim, or suspect in a crime.5 Despite advances in forensic science, experienced interviewers recognize that this principle still holds true.6 The objective of any interview should be to acquire accurate and complete information without contaminating the interview process.
