This report and the accompanying Children & Youth: A Framework for Action are the result of a collective effort of a multisectoral World Bank team coordinated by the Children and Youth Unit of the Human Development Network. The principal authors were Linda McGinnis, Viviana Mangiaterra, and Juan Felipe Sanchez.
